Delivery

Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose when ordering. Please allow at least 2 -4 weeks for shipping. Title and risk of loss for any purchases pass to you upon our delivery to our carrier. If your print arrives damaged or broken, please contact us and share evidence (Eg. picture) of the damage. Requests must be received within 7 days of delivery, and must include a copy of the shipping receipt and photographic proof of the damage for us to review and evaluate whether damage in fact occurred during shipping.

Shipping Problems/Damage

Notification of all shipping defects or damage must be made within 7 days of delivery and accompanied by the shipping receipt and photographic proof of the damage for us to review and evaluate whether damage in fact occurred during shipping. If we approve your request for a replacement, we will not charge you for the new print, but you will be responsible for the costs of returning the damaged print to us.

Cancelation Policy

All Limited Editions are custom orders. Production of the purchased work begins immediately after purchase, and shipment will occur as soon as possible after production is complete. As a result, the work cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded at any time.

Return Policy

All Limited Editions are custom produced to order. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or change your print once the order is placed.

Acceptance of Print

As the prints can be fragile, you must inspect the prints immediately upon receipt. If the print is damaged, you must provide written notification no later than 7 days after receipt of the print. Otherwise, the print is deemed to be accepted.

Copyright and Reproduction

All copyright rights, including, without limitation, all reproduction and trade dress rights (collectively, the “Copyright”), to the Print are expressly reserved by Nicholai Georgiou. This Agreement does not include a sale or license of the Copyright to Client. Client will not reproduce or copy the Print without advance written permission. Artist’s signature and/or the copyright notice as they appear on or about the Print at the time of sale must not be removed or concealed. Artist shall receive authorship credit in connection with the Print at all times.

Terms & Conditions of Use

This website (the “Website”) is provided to you under these Terms & Conditions of Use (the “Agreement”) and any amendments or supplements to them that may be posted by Nicholai Photography SPC from time to time.

Binding Agreement

By using the Website, you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. You should not use the Website if you have any objections to any of these Terms & Conditions.

Modification or Suspension of the Website

You agree that Nicholai Photography SPC may, in its sole discretion, and at any time, modify, discontinue, or suspend its operation of this Website, or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, without notice to you, and you agree that Nicholai Photography SPC will not be liable for any consequences of doing so.

Nicholai Photography SPC may make changes to these Terms & Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion and will post any such changes on the Website. Each time changes are made, a notice of these changes will be posted on the home page.
